Heartland Industries, Inc. was founded in 1990 to provide day support services and employment services to people with any disability or medical/behavioral needs. Currently, Heartland Industries reaches into five communities across Minnesota (Moorhead, Montevideo, Dawson, Granite Falls, and Redwood Falls).

Hearth Residential Homes-Adult Life Programs was founded in 2008. We are a community day support service & individualized home support services that encourages personal individualized independence for people by enhancing life skills and promoting community inclusion.
Now offering Individualized home support throughout Central & Western MN
We offer a wide range of daily activities, crafts, social hours, holiday parties, music , therapeutic programs and community outings.
