Heartland Industries, Inc. is a non-profit Day Support & Employment Support Service for individuals with disabilities, located in Dawson, Granite Falls, Montevideo, Moorhead, and Redwood Falls, Minnesota. We know that each individual is different so we strive to provide opportunities based on the person and their unique interests, preferences, skills, aptitudes and life goals. First, we assess the client’s needs and teach them work skills that will help them find and keep employment opportunities. Our caring staff prepares each person for community-based, competitive employment. When work is found for them, our trained Job Coaches continually supervise and direct each client while they work. We work with our clients to develop work skills and confidence for life.

Assessment Training
Every step of the way, our helpful staff will provide information to guide and support your career rather than focus on limitations. Our Assessment Training is focused on achieving positive employment outcomes and includes School Transition Services, Employment Planning Services, and Employee Development Services.
Community Opportunities
Our clients have consistent service and community opportunities, which connect their work, home, social and recreational needs. Our services are designed to support them in a community setting while building friendships as well as working relationships.
